Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll provide either a refund or replacementat no extra charge—no need to return the original item.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive by the expected date—and tracking shows no movement—reach out to us as soon as possible. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll assist with a replacement or refund. For returned packages due to carrier errors or invalid addresses, we can reship at customer’s expense.
Buyer’s Remorse, Size or Style Change
Because our products are custom made on demand, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or style preferences.
How to Start a Claim
Please contact us at staff@statedefenseforce.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
